How do I know if the purchase I made was successful?
When you place an order or make a purchase with Flawlesswalk.com we will send you a confirmation of your order to you e-mail. If you haven´t received a conformation e-mail within 24 hours of your purchase, please check your spam folder and if you still can’t find anything, please contact us on: info@flawlesswalk.com

How do I make a return?
To change your product, or to make a return you need to print out and fill in the return form with the product(s) you wish to return to us. The item you wish to return or exchange need to be in its original condition with labels and packing. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept an opened or used item. As soon as we´ve received your return, your refund will be processes. Note that a return cost xxx and it will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Please not that it might take up to at least 14 working days for your return to be processed.

Lost your return form?
Don’t worry! If you don’t have your return form, please contact us via mail at info@flawlesswalk.com and we will send you a new form.

For NON-EU customers, please contact us to get your return label and commercial invoice and for further instructions. You still need to fill out the return form that came with your package and place it together with your returned products as per instructions above.
