Flawlesswalk.com is a website operated by Minfot in Båstad AB and are registered in Sweden, under registration number 556836-2302 and are located at Hallandsvägen 26, 269 39 in Båstad, Sweden. These terms and conditions govern the selling terms of all orders placed by customer(s) (hereinafter referred to as “you” or the “Customer”) on the domain flawlesswalk.com, any sub-domains, mobile websites or the mobile application, from the moment you place an order until payment and delivery.

Flawlesswalk.com reserves the right to change these terms and condition at all times. Any changes to these General Conditions will be posted on the Website. Changes will become valid once the Customer has accepted the general conditions (in connection with a new purchase or while browsing the Website) By ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions 

Purchase

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Flawlesswalk.com reserves the right to refuse a purchase. An order is binding on Flawlesswalk.com page only after you have received an order confirmation by email. To be a customer of ours, you must be authorized, at least 18 years old, or have parental consent.

Flawlesswalk.com may from time to time provide special offers on the Website which may have more favorable conditions than those set forth in these General Conditions, e.g. with regard to payment or extended right of withdrawal. Such conditions will apply for the duration of the special offer and for the specific products set forth by Flawlesswalk.com in connection therewith.

Flawlesswalk.com reserves the right, at any time, to withdraw such special offers. Upon termination or withdrawal of a special offer, these General Conditions shall apply without any amendments. Any offers on specific products on the Website are valid only for a limited period of time and until products are sold out.

If you make a purchase or willingly give us your email address, you will receive marketing messages by email. These marketing messages are only meant to warn you about our current and next offers. Delivery

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see the delivery information for specific product for more information.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved us and we have debited your credit or debit card. Delivery Delay If delivery for any reason occurs, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase at a substantial delivery delay. You must provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address information as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to ship your purchase.

Prices stated on the Site apply to all orders made through the Site. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Delivery costs and any other costs which might apply will be charged in addition and are clearly displayed during the checkout process. Unsolved packages If for some reason you do not collect your package at the post office, or shipment agent we will charge you 20 for shipment and administration fee.

Shipping

Shipping cost will be charge in addition to the purchase of your products/products, which is displayed in “Total Cost” section at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within seven working days following the confirmation email. Please note that dispatch time might take longer due to high seasons-sales, unexpected events or availability of product.

Please contact our customer service if you have not received your order within the promised delivery time. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your parcel has been dispatched, indicating an estimation of the time of delivery. The promised delivery time starts from the moment you receive your confirmation email.

Shipment cost
Depending on where you are located, you will be given various delivery options. The amount of the delivery fee will depend on the delivery option you decide to choose. You will be able to find all the delivery methods available for your country during the checkout process.

Payment
We offer various types of payment methods. You will be able to find all the payment methods available for your country during the checkout process. If you, as a costumer refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize payment, the order will be cancelled and you will then be notified by email and/or during checkout. 

Return & refunds

You can return products for any reasons up to 14 days after receiving your order. Returns are accepted for discounted items and provided that the product is in its original condition, in original package and that all the tags are still attached.

For hygiene reasons, products such as socks and compression socks, stockings and thighs cannot be refund if they are used. When returning such a product, the package must be unbroken and the product completely unused. If you wish to make a return: You as a customer will stand for the return cost, and the return fee is 5.

You can find your return parcel in your email, (in the delivery email). If you can´t find your return parcel or need a new one, or don´t have the ability to print the parcel – you can contact our customer service. As soon as your return reaches our warehouse and has been processed by us, we will issue a refund. Once we have processed your return, you will receive a return-email.

You will then receive your refund within two to five working days, depending on what payment you have chosen. Complaint or reclaiming a product In case of a complaint, always email xxxx to inform us about the complaint.

If approved, any of the following is happening: (a) the product is repaired if possible; (b) you as a customer are replaced with a new, identical or equivalent product; (c) you as a customer get the money back. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than xx days after we have received the item.

Transport damage

If the package and / or the product is damaged during the pickup, you must immediately report an injury at the pick-up point. The same applies if you find that the product is damaged when you open the package. Then you have to contact our customer service, so that we can help you with a replacement/ new order.

Customer Data

When you visit Flawlesswalk.com and conduct a purchase, Flawlesswalk.com and Minfot i Båstad AB processes your personal data in order to provide the best site possible for you and to complete the purchase agreement.

Minfot follows PUL (Personal Data Act). Your Personal Data is used solely to ensure the delivery of ordered goods, as well as for communication between us and you as a customer. Minfot does not leave the information in the customer register to third parties without your consent. You as a customer are always entitled to be removed from Flawlesswalk.com customer register at any time.
